As per the operators' official terms of carriage, they do not provide luggage insurance and are not responsible for damage to the luggage itself (such as broken wheels, handles, or cracks) that may occur during transportation.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend arranging suitable travel insurance with a reputable insurer to cover all usual risks of loss or damage, up to the full replacement value of your baggage, with no excess. Additionally, to ensure your most important items remain safe, please always carry valuables, fragile items, electronics, and essential documents with you in your hand luggage.
